Well, I am thinking how to modify Reflection for Elga's train-waiting example. (I think that his own modification is inadequate.)

About

I am currently a graduate student in the University of Massachusetts, finishing his dissertation on the Sleeping Beauty problem and updating credences in tensed propositions. I am interested in anything related to de se (or self-locating) beliefs, including: updating de se credences, aggregating de se credences of multiple agents (scattered across time and space), coordinating de se credences with objective chances, how to modify the AGM theory for binary de se beliefs, etc.

In my personal life, I have a beautiful wife (thanks God) and three children, including the two boys you see in my picture. The last one is a girl, and she was born when I received the acceptance letter from Synthese. To celebrate my first publication, I named my daughter "Aurora." So she is perhaps the first girl named after a fictional character in a philosophical puzzle! (I am well aware that it is the name of the character in the popular story of Sleeping Beauty, not necessarily that of the character in Adam Elga's. But, you know, close enough.)
